Friendly interview

Job interviews sometimes can feel like first dates, and we want you to feel comfortable to show us your true self, skills and expertise. Your first interview will be with our HR team and we will want to learn more about you, your experiences and career goals.

Second Interview & Practical Task

You'll get more insights about your specific role from your hiring manager and some of your future colleagues. We may want to see how your expertise in action, so there will be a practical task coming your way. We’ll be there every step of the way to guide you and answer any questions.

Follow-up

We make the whole process insightful for all parties, but also brief to ensure our candidates don't have to wait for a long time for feedback. After you have completed the interviews and task, we will review the results and inform you about the final decision.
