InteliBifuel INCON 12 is an injection control unit designed to control gas injectors and valves for Multiple Point Injection (MPI) systems. This unit is part of the InteliBifuel solution and is suitable for ComAp's H2 Bifuel and TriFuel (H2 + Natural Gas) diesel engine conversions.

The InteliBifuel INCON 12 is a key component within the BiFuel solution that enables a new approach for introducing substitute fuel into an internal combustion engine with improved precision – Multiple Point Injection (MPI). This method ensures that fuel is injected into the suction manifold directly in front of each cylinder, optimising both emissions and efficiency.

The InteliBifuel INCON 12 offers: 

  • The ability to control 12 injectors.
  • The ability to control a wide variety of injectors. 
  • Easy installation, with injection timing based on speed calculations from the crankshaft and camshaft, as well as their synchronization.
  • Adjustable controlled PWM frequency from 300Hz up to 15kHz
  • Enables a various methods for synchronizing existing signal waveforms with synchronization pulses.
  • A wide range of output control voltages for injectors, from 12VDC to 60VDC.
  • Suitable for conversion of up to 24 cylinders.
  • An RPM engine range between 375-2200 RPM.
  • Compatibility with ComAp's InteliBifuel Mobile Control Unit. 
  • Compatibility with ComAp's EMIL 75/125 injection valves.
  • Manuel temperature correction of individual cylinders.
  • Automatic temperature correction of individual cylinders.
  • Automatic knocking correction of of individual cylinders.
  • Injector current diagnostics.
  • Internal diagnostics, including open circuit, short cut, loss of communication, RPM and CAM loss.
  • Possibility to use different combinations of InteliBifuel Incon 6 and Incon 12 units to achieve optimal performance for various engine models and application requirements.
